My friend met an accident yesterday and hospitalized in private hospital, their company deducted ESI to him for every month but he does not have a card. Now my query is
How they will claim to his treatment ?
Is IP smart card applicable for all hospitals include private ?
If it has any limitation ?
Please assist me ?

Dear Asar,
first i tell u one thing,
ip card are available in esic web site. u just inform to employer as soon as possible their provide IP card.but with out family photo card not valid.
ESIC facility not available in private hospital.
for claim ? u will cal me I will tell what is the way for claim.

Dear Asar,
First up all, please visit the dispensary office with all medical documents and get the suggestion from concern employees with ESIC-temporary card & form-37.
And submit the one set medical documents to HR-Department , ask them submit accident file to ESIC-local office.
There is no such cases whether the family photo is available are not.
