Dear Seniors,
Greetings for the day!!
We organize monthly workshop for the development of the employees as a part of our personality development activity.My query is that this time the topic is Workplace etiquette and Cultural adaptability and my responsibility is conduct some games or activities for the employees.I searched for the entire day but was unable to find some useful article. I would request all the members to help me in solving my query.

Hi, Laxmi, since ur subject is workplace ettiquette n culturqal adaptability, here is a simple activity which i often conduct: 1---collect a no. of different visiting cards, the varied, the better. Or either cut photos of different people/personalities from old magazines.
Mix the cards/photos. Have people come up in pairs, select any card/photo at random, study them, and then assuming the personality of those card/photo, conduct introductions, or business sessions (u give d topic)between these two personalities.
Creates fun and a lot of debreifing can be done.
