Preparing Candidate Evaluation Form

Hi All,

I am working as an Executive HR in a power projects company. I am preparing an Evaluation form for the candidates. This evaluation form will help in evaluating the candidate by the HR and also by the Technical Person. Friends, provide your inputs in preparing this form with some samples.

Hi

The evaluation forms need to be customised for your requirement. The behavioural parameters and technical parameters need to be separate. The parameters should have weightage in the evaluation. The evaulation forms are too generic to be directly useful to you.
