HI,
WANTED TO SHARE A BOOK ON TRAINING HOPE,THIS WOULD BE USEFUL TO ALL WHO ARE EITHER ENTERING INTO TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OR ARE ALREADY VENTURED AND CONQUERED THE TURF OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT.

HOPE YOU FIND THIS USEFUL

I AM HAPPY THAT ALL MY FRIENDS ARE HAPPY WITH MY OCCASIONAL POSTING.I AM PRIVILEGED THAT I COULD COME TO SOME USE TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND MEMBERS IN HERE. BUT I THINK TRUE RECOGNITION FOR MY EFFORTS WOULD BE DONE ONLY WHEN EACH ONE OF MY FRIENDS IN HERE WOULD SHARE THEIR RESPECTIVE KNOWLEDGE BOTH ACQUIRED AND DEVELOPED WITH THEIR PEERS AND THE NEEDY.

ALWAYS REMEMBER,THERE IS MORE TO LIFE THAN JUST LOFTIER AMBITION TO MERELY TO STAND HIGH IN THE WORLD,BUT TO STOOP DOWN AND TO LIFT FELLOW MEN A LITTLE HIGHER.

TRY AND FIND NEW GROUNDS TO SOW THE SEEDS OF KNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ACQUIRE

I am looking for coaches/mentors who can transform the present busines leaders in a smalll company growing at a fast rate and is already on way to become a multinational in the sense it has operations in Europe/middle east and south east asia. The objective of the mentoring is to make the present people at the helm of the business to think in terms of Corporate spanning its business all over India and abroad from the existing position of a small business house. The focus is to enable these executives handle this change environment successfully.
