Why don't you buy a payroll software which is much better option instead of calculating salary in excel. Apart from calculating salary, a good payroll software also provide you multiple statury reports like PF/ESI Statement, salary register, salary slip, option of sending SMS or Email to employees, income tax calculation, b'day reminders etc. and it doesn't cost you much and sale a lot of time.
