Hi everybody i have completed my mba in hr in 2007 only and now i am working with one company. management has given me a new dept. ie. focus & analysis dept. to work on and i am the only person in this dept. i am getting help from senoir management in this dept. working but still this dept. is not in its full motion of working which leads to discouragement in me as i have good hr skills and thoughts to strenghten the current hr dept. but i am not allowed to work directly with hr dept.in each and every thing management wants that i should get some focus from it but how?it is not possible in each and every activity. i am really feeling helpless as what to do? sholud i continue with it or i should quit? i dont know this feeling is just because of less operational working or its because of new dept. with new working area or having nobody in my dept.? please help me in this regard i am very confused
