Hi,
I am working as a HR executive in small IT company, just shifted into Employee's compensation and Benefit department and I am currently working on one of the assignments for Employee's Tax Effective Benefits Plans. I will be needing some details on this and the maximum limit up to which they form a part of CTC.
It would be really great help if you can share some details with me.
Thanks.

Hello,
The zip file uploaded by Prasenjit should be able to provide most of the information that you are looking for. However one should also remember that implementing those option is a huge challenge, since chances of abuse are very high & the IT authorities would be very quick to hit your company with fines & notices, if they feel that the system has been abused.
If you need more clarity on implementation, let me know.
Thanks
