Dear Chauhan...

Yes you may employ them for one year or two as required...
But before that you must get a contact signed by them...

Find enclosed one of the sample of contract letter...
Hope it will help you to prepare the same at your end...

Regards,

Amit Seth.

Dear Sir

The organization which i am working have employed persons under fixed term for two years.
Thier term will end this month.
We have appointed as per the standing orders of our company.
Could you please choke out if there are any procedures for thier reappointment.
Is it the following?
Provide them with a new offer letter duly signed.
Accept thier resignation(is it needed since fixed term employees tenure automatically comes to a close)
Then there is one problem. All the said employees are enrolled in PF.So even if thier employement comes to an automatic end, since the company wishes to reemploy them, can they later claim for permanent employment since thier is no break in PF.
Is new nomination necessary in that case,to claim not for permanent emplyement in the future.
How many times a company can employ a person in fixed term.

Hope that you will consider this as a valid doubt since the terms of reappointment for fixed termis not specified in industrial standing orders /ID act.

Could you suggest a good book if you have gone through, regarding the matter.

Regards
Arun.
