One of our employee worker in the factory for three years, and he expired out side the factory premises as a natural death. he was covered under P.F. and ESI .
My question is :-
As he had worked for three year will he be getting pension from Provident Fund Department.

Yes, The person(Nominee) is eligible for getting pension as well as EDLI Amount under EPF Act. Nominee get a funeral Expenses from ESIC. Regards M Suresh Kumar

Under EPS ,if he was married,widow along with two children will get Pension, if Bachelor, his nominee will get pension beside benefits under EDLI Scheme. Pl. Contact PRO of the RPFC office with details.

Yes. If a person contribute EPF/ESI for at least one month, his family eligible for PENSION from EPF/ESI on his natural death. If finds difficulty, contact Ex-Sgt Jahagirdar 0n mobile 098863 11302.

yes, his family will get pension, even if pf is remitted for one month also and they can also claim funeral benefits from ESI dept too. regards Jaya
