Hello Seniors,

We have one employee who is very sincere & Hard working. He was working as SEO Executive in our company. As per his request we have given him chance to get training in PHP. now he has completed 4 months in that & his performance is too good in PHP. so we have decided to give him transfer in PHP Department.

Kindly help me to draft transfer letter for him....
