Dear All,
I was working as a consultant in a company in Chennai from sep 2010 to feb 2012. Apart from my salary if i work in the weekends i should be getting 300rs. I have served my notice period as per the company policy. as per the company policy my Full and final settlement should be given by 90 days from the day i relieved. I got my relieving letter and experience letter. But i am yet to get my full and final settlement. which sums up almost 35000 this is a very huge amount for me at this moment. I sent a mail to the Head HR and i got a reply stating that the disbursement is going slow. But i came to know that many people in the past are yet to get the full and final settlement.
Is there anyway i can get that money. Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Manoj

Dear Manoj, Do regular follow ups if 90 days are completed for your settlement or else escalate the issue to the Seniors of the Company through trialing mail. Regards, Prachi
