iF YOU ARE WORKING SINCE LAST 10 YEARS ON REGULAR BASIS THAN DONT REQUIRED TO ENTERED INTO ANY CONTRACT NOW. NOBODY CAN FORCE U TO SIGN. IF U COULD REVEAL DEPARTMENT NAME IT BECOMES EASY TO FURTHER ADVISE.

Now as on date you do not require to entered into any contract with department. You can consider your self as on must roll employee and can ask department to give permanent appointment if completed required days. Can move to labor court if getting pressure from any side.

Dear Sir,
Can you give me some GO or references on the basis of which I can prove my standing to my management. I am asking my management to extent my services till further order (if not regularize) so that i don't have to beg for extension of my services every year because I want to avoid going to law court as far as possible.
Thanking you
