Hello, If according to salary wise, u r not entitled for the PF, then u can Opt the same. Open a new PF A/c with the current organisation & trasfer previous PF amount to the new one.

How you are not entitled for PF???
if the Provisions of EP&MP Act are applicable to the this new company and they have PF Code, then you can not opt out, You have to be mandatory enrolled as member of PF fund as per provision of Para 26 of the PF Scheme. in case an employee have been a member of PF scheme then whatever be his/her salary, can not be excluded.

Dear Member,
As per my understanding, if the employee is a member in PF scheme in the existing organisation, then only he/she is eligible for PF. But when an employee joined a new company & his basic salary is more than Rs.6500/- then how come he/she comes unde PF schme. In this situation he/she can Opt for PF for future prospect.
