Leave Distribution: According factory act- ( 240 Days should be complete = 20 days-1 leave)
Eg: X employee Join company on 1 Feb-2011 he will be confirm on Dt: 31-july-2011
so X just completed 160 days his confirmation. Means he has to work 60 days more for eligible leave as per factory act ? pl answer me what his status of leave in 2011 from 1-feb-2011 to 31-dec-2011 ?

Hello All,
I just want to clear some points reagrding PF-
1. If my PF is deposited for 6 months in my PF account and I am withdrwing my PF amount after 12 months. In this case the interest would be calculated for 6 month or for 12 months? and would they be considering the processing timings?
2. I have submitted my PF claim application form from my old company but they have not deposited that form in EPF office for last 4 months. Can we all can take any legal action?
