New ctc structure for existing staff
At present i am working for a manufacturing company which had no hr.i am working under the guidance of hr consultant who is appointed by the company. please find the attached new ctc structure for existing staff. enter gross annual ctc amount to get the breakup this structure has been formed by the hr consultant. i have following queries: 1. is it right to divide yearly bonus into monthly bonus and include it in ctc? 2. according to this salary structure many employees pf amount will be more than 780. is it right to deduct pf more than 780 or we require permission from employee in such a case. 3. should lta be included even for new employees?

We are in process of revision of ctc structure. please share your existing ctc structure for study purpose. on site i have come across many ctc structures but i need a recent one where pf eligibility is 15000 and esic is 21000. we also give one full salary as bonus during diwali. looking forward for your cooperation.
Regarding bonus
Dear seniors my basic salary is 15000 pm and as per ctc break up by hr i am eligible for bonus 8.33 on basic pay. the monthly bonus amount and yearly bonus eligible amount is clearly mentioned in ctc break up sheet which is dully signed by the hr manager & hr team. now our hr is saying that as per bonus act i am not eligible for bonus. my question is at the time of salary negotiation they shown bonus amount in our ctc. i have been associated with this company for last 7 years and did not faced such issues earlier. i know above 10000 basic pay bonus is ineligible but in this should i get bonus. if i am not eligible for bonus then how i can get the amount mentioned as bonus amount in ctc. kindly guide. regards lalitesh
