Is Dearness Allowance mandatory in salary structure of Private Organization?. Pls advice.

No, its not hard and fast rule that you will mention DA part in salary structure, if Employees salary is more then Minimum Wages notified by the Concerned State Govt. Even if you are giving wages more than the rate of MW.

I think DA has to be shown. But as our wages is above MW, we put in the heading as Basic+DA (consolidated) PONNAPPAN PJ
