hi i am working in dubai for a company based in Garhoud Area, since feb 08, i am under probation for 6 months. can i leave this company and join a company in any free zone. will i have to leave the country. what happens if the company that i am working for does not give me NOC and puts a ban. what are my options. my wife and kid is on my visa, will they get affected in any way. please advise.
