Dear Sir / Madam,
Good evening. I am Shaunak Marulkar, an MBA (HR) by qualification with 1.5 years of HR experience (Recruitment / Selection, Induction, Policy Formulation and General Administration).
However, I have recently switched in a different company, which is going to start a factory in Rural Maharashtra.
I would be thankful if anybody suggests Labour Compliances Forms (w.r.t Factories Act, PF, ESIC, Contract Labour, MLWF etc) to be filled to which competant authorities.
Thanking You,
Shaunak M. Marulkar

Hi Everyone,
I am a new member to the group. I am working as a Generalist HR for last 4 yrs.
I have gone through the attachment it is very helpful and has the complete info about the laws.
I need to clarify one thing that Is it possible for the employer to deduct the PF & ESI of the staff member only after confirmation or it is compulsory to be deducted w.e.f the DOJ of the staff.
If PF & ESI deduction can be started after confirmation then what are the legal complication & the procedure involved in the same.
Kindly confirm the same.
Regards,
Ruchika
