Kindly check with your B company whether the PF transfer form has been submitted to PF office or not. IF yes, then take that submission receipt copy from B Company and again apply for PF transfer in C Company. Remember your PF number would be same. IF NOT, then request them to don’t send the application and apply with C Company
You have to do contionious followup with PF department as you know PF office work.
