Hi Milan,
don't worry, there is no penalty on that as Ms. Hema marked that those who are getting more then 6500/- as their basic salary are exempted from PF means there no compulsion on deducting PF for those getting more then 6500/- as basic, its employers wish if he want to deduct, he can other wise is total exempted.

hello,
Mr. Nandan Negi, gone through your profile, its great and a sort of benchmark for newcomers like me, though i have 2.8 years of experience in HR but it is not that core as your profile, is their any suggestion which you would like to give me to reach that level, i mean ,would you suggest any course which will help me to boost my career,eg. the software you mentioned like RAMCO etc. , can these be learned from some where .
Please suggest something, as i want to learn more in Core generalist profile.....

Hi Kanchan,
nice to see you on what or where you want to reach, stand and learn.
Can you share me your profile, so that it can help me to suggest you more clearly about what actually you are looking for and what actually you need to do to reach at the level you want to stand.
Yes we do have the Training institutes in the market who are giving the training about the software and all relates to the profile, but is not sufficient!!!!????????????
If you want to work on software, will suggest you to join any of the company having any kind of software rather than getting training from any institute because you already engaged into HR and can get in easily, if you wanna know more about, share me your profile than can discuss about what you want?
Good luck
Best Regards
Nandan Negi
