Hi
My wife was working in a Software company and given her resigntion in the month of May 1st week. Due to some unforeseen circmstances she had to rejoin her job which is not acceptable by the employer
Because she had availed maternity leave for a year and resigned immediately after the leave exhausted without rejoining.Therfore her resignation has been processed and cannot be revoked.
Also she has been asked to pay the excess amount paid as a salary during his leave period which we cannot able to pay and all her relieving formalities is on hold.
Please suggst a suitable way to revoke his resignation and can rejoin in the same organisation

If her resignation letter states that she resigned from the job with immediate effect without stipulating any time in future for her resignation to come effect and the same has been accepted and thereafter she wants to revoke her resignation,probably it will be not possible for her to revoke her esignation.If she stipulated a future date for resignation to come into effect and she wants to revoke it before such date, she can do it.

Dear there is a possibility But I want To know how an impressive letter is written so that I can work with honour and respect, ofcouse given notice period of 2 months but after a month I quit the job with proper information and joined another job which foes not suit me and immediately I repent and like to join the previous job henceforth, plz suggest me .
