2. Encryption tools to be managed and maintained for Scoped Data
3. It is recommended to have an incident management process to restore the normal service at the time of an incident.
4. It is recommended to have a process for ensuring the accuracy and currency of personal information at the direction of the client.
5. There should be a process to ensure that the personal information provided by an individual is limited for the purposes described in the organization's privacy notice.
