Once a fortnight, you can invite any Subject Matter Expert or what we call SMEs, to your office and give a brief one hour talk or presentation to motivate your employees, or give technical speech or presentation relevant to your operations, followed by High Tea with the Guest and employees can interact with that person during that time. Normally this is not done in many organisations, you can consider doing this... may be even once a month will do. On other days, even one of your own senior staff member can give a talk on any matter of topical interest.
Just think over this....
