Hi, I'm a BE(IS) graduate with Distinction. And now I'm doing MBA(HR) final sem. As i'm gonna complete my MBA in Aug2012, i started looking for jobs from now itself. As a fresher before entering into market i want to have clear understanding about the field areas for the candidates like me. How does a BE+MBA differ from Graduate+MBA? What are the additional oportunities available for me?.. I'm interested in areas like HR-BA, HR-CRM, ETC.. But this is just not enough.. I would like to have more information..
And seniors, please guide me on how to start up my career..
Thanks & Regards,
Sufiya

Dear Sufia,
As you have a BE(IS) with distinction, please let us know what you think is your UniqueSelling Point when compared to a graduate with MBA. It is you who has to say that. No point in asking the experts what they differences are and then repeat that in an interview.
If you have seen other threads, then you will realise that the response rate is slow for certain posts than others.
