Hi, Whether i have to consider 24% of EPF for tax exemption purpose u/s 80C (12% by employer & 12% by employee = 24%) or only should i consider 12% share by employee. kindly suggest

Please consider your share only because it is the part of saving on your income. If you want to save above 12% of your income you can go for Voluntary excess ontribution which will also be exempted fro IT.
