Hi frds i need your help. as i am new in my hr exe. job. i have to give appointment letter to my employees who joined us before 3 months. so the query is that what date should i mention in the 'top of the' appointment letter date of joining or the date when i issued appointment letter?

Dear seniors have a query we have an employee who is appointed at manager level but is not on rolls. his payment is being done as professional fees. we have hired an employee who reports to him. we want to issue appointment letter to the employee can we use the managers name whom we are paying professional fees as his reporting head. his signature would also be required on the appointment letter. is it legally correct to do the above. are there any negative implications if we useh is name.

Dear all i would like to have your view on my following query: if a prospective employee sign s the appointment letter of the organization and denys the offer does the company has any hold on the individual? per my understanding sigining an employment letter/appointment letter makes the individual fall into company norms and he/she becomes an employee from the effective date of joining as mentioned in the document. is my perception right? if yes then what measures company can take on such individuals. regards veena
