New hr department creation - what all things i have to do from root?
Hello all we are forming new hr dept in our company as such there are no any procedures and systems. can anyone please guide me. what all things i have to do from root. we are it company .and uptill now i have recruited 22 candidates from fresher to sr. management. now i want to map some good procedure and systems in this dept. can anyone please help me out?
