Hi Rashmi
To be frank PF contributions are beneficial for employees. It will be part of savings & you can consider for Tax Exemption.
Infact now a days in many of the organisations they are including both the contributions in CTC. But in gross pay it is not included.
But in few organisations same thing is happening as you discussed. But it is not accepted by PF :)

Dear
I agree that if someone has basic salary more than 6500 per month than he is exempted employees but it is management policy to dedect everyone PF
and for the shake of few employees mangement can not change its policy.
Now A days company decides CTC and CTC includes both part of PF.
Legally also you can not get any remeady for this.

Hi Rawat
It is better to be there for a long period. Hardly you will get chance to change track from other field to HR. Any how statutory part is been done by consultant. Just observe how is he doing and learn things from books and postings of CiteHR. Never loose the opportunity you got.
