Friends, I need to submit a project on employee satisfaction for my summer internship but i am not getting exact synopsis for the above mentioned topic so guys please help me out....

If you do not know what you should be doing, then talk to your tutor/professor, and seek more guidance on what form your project should take and what they are expecting of you.
We cannot know what is in their mind and we cannot write your project for you.

Actully Project that i have to make still has time but you can say i got a task to complete so i just want a general synopsis on employee satisfaction in quick time and i have used re search but its only showing about employee satisfaction and other things and i want a synopsis on it urgently....plz help me....
