There are times when a person quits a job because he feels that his effort is not appreciated the way it should be. I dont think quitting a job and moving on makes on a loser. The new organisation may be more open to your ideas and you may feel more appreciated out there.
When a part of your body gets gangrine, it is better to ampute it than live with an infected limb. A lot of what is written in the article is based on thw writers own perception and not the gospel truth.

According to me do what your heart says... if it says quit ... Quit becasue if some one is thinking to quit becasue of lot of problem in the organization which means sooner are later ther would be issues and higher level people are smart enough to blame it on the perosn who has been burdened with work ... if you scucced credit will be theirs if you fail you will have to leave with more issues what would be less if you descide early ...

hi,
it is very good article for those who lose their hopesand confidence because time was not under as per the thoughts.
i understand one thing through this article that 'quitiing from the job is not bad things if it is not related to your career growth'. Dealt with different people is not the reason to quit from the job because entertainment come into picture when you such person.
i am very happy after read this article......
