I am a MBA student and as apart of my curriculum I am doing my major project on RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING (RPO).
RPO refers to a process in which an organization gives all or part of its recruitment activities to third party vendors. In my project titled “RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING: AN EMERGING FACET” I have to identify an RPO agency and study the following –
Ø To have an orientation of Recruitment Process Outsourcing-- its processes, structured methodology, importance, benefits, and manner of integration of people, process and technology.
This RPO agency has its own client organizations. I have to take two of these or if possible, more than two and study the following –
Ø To examine the breadth of services available and the degree to which organizations outsource and to know what are their experiences/successes to date.
Ø To analyze gap between traditional recruitment system and Recruitment process outsourcing within the organization.
For, the purpose of above study I would be preparing questionnaires and also personally visit RPO agency and its client organization.
If anybody could suggest me such an RPO agency in and around Delhi region where I can fulfill my study objectives. Personally I don’t have any such sources and is seriously stuck in a problem. So, anybody could help me in getting through such an agency to collect data and as well as provide me assistance in getting data from its client organization.
