Formats For Performance Apprisal

Hi Everybody,

I am working as a HR & Admn. Manager with one construction Company based at Mumbai and our regional office at Bangalore. I am handling regional office HR & Admn. Total manpower strength is 50 employee. I have to make performance apprisal formats for our company.

We are in construction and real estate development company. Requested to please suggest the performance apprisal formats suitable to this industry.

Thanks for the formats. But this formats not giving the clear picture of candidates functional compentencies as well as his managerial competencies. I am having one format which is used in my earlier company. Enclosed herewith this format for your reference. I need some inputs for the same whether this format is OK for construction industry.
