If any employee doesn't wants to participate in PF and his/her basic salary is above 6500 then what is the procedure for the same?
Explain me both the conditions, if the employee is newly joined and have not registered under PF and the one who was earlier registered under PF?
any kind of form have to be filled?

Thanks for your reply..Can you share copy of form 11? As per by view the form11 is kept with employer and have not to submit anywhere else.Am I correct?

No first he have to resigned afterward formalities of withdrawl of epf accumulation should be started and afterward he will rejoin as new employee. sumit

Hi Friends, What if the company is making PF contributions to half of the employees and the remaining half of the employees are not eligible for it??
