For the first time I will have to prepare the following.
i m preparing ecr file for the month of april-2012 and out of 30 employee 2 employee left the service on 15th april 2012 and 21st april 2012 respectivly.meanwhile 1 employee joined the organisation on 2nd april 2012.
i have to file contribution of 30 employee.
I want to know can i mention the date of leaving of those 2 employee while uploading ecr of april in the month of May-2012 or should i mention it while uploading ecr of May in June-2012. what is the right things.
also guide me how to send form 2 to the PF office i mean with cover letter or anything else.
Please guide me i am handling this situation for the first time.
You should enter the left dates of the employees for the month of April itself. Even for teh employees who are joining also should be entered for the same month
Form 2 shall be sent with out cover letter. If you have more employees then covering letter is required. For lesser numbers you shall take 2 copies of Form 2 & get acknowledged on 1 copy :)
Dear seniors As per the new epf online system, there is no need to sent Form 5, 10, 12, 3A..etc. again is form 2 declaration need to sent to pf office. Please clear my doubt
one of my employee left his job on feb 2010,. We show him resigned and removed from muster roll . And after two year he rejoined in same concern. Now we decide to deduct pf to him. Now my question is can we continue to contribute in his old account number (same esbnt code) or assign a new no. And how to do this rejoin in as per new epf online method
Note ; he is not yet claimed the pf amount and his account is unoperated for last 2 year. And he is unemployed for last 2 year . Please help me
