you should attend train the trainers program. in mumbai definitely some company will be conducting this program. watch the newspapers regularly. some ads will come often.

Thanks for the information, special thanks to Shanmugasundaram and Manish.I have spoken to Dale Carnegie, they donot have any Train the Trainer program as of now , however, they are conducting the program in Jan-2008. Ofcourse, i m am keeping my ears and eyes wide open, to grab any info on this. Also, please do inform if you'll get to know details about this.Thanks again....
