Problem regarding abconding case
Dear all i have face a problem regarding employee absconding. last week one of my employee going to be an abscond and main thing is she is a female employee when the salary is done from next day she is not comming for this problem 1 week is over.. so kindly suggest resolution for this problem and it is the second case in the company and i want stop forever.. so please suggest/ guide me proper way for the rsolving this problem. regards chetan thorat hr executive

Problem in e-sign registration for e-nomination in epf
After successfully filing and esigning nominations of about 45 employees of our organisation we are facing problem in registering esign fo remaining persons. there seems to be a problem with epfo server or cdac server. cdac has developed the software for esigning. we tried at epfo regional office on their computer but the same problem persists. i have given the feedback to epfo & also sent a mail to is anyone facing the same problem? please share your experience
Problem with employee
Dear all i m hr manager from serbia. my english may confuse you cause it s not so good. i have a problem in my firm and i would like u to help me. i ve found that ne of my employees in sales department is very agressive when talking with client. they hired him when i was not here. we are also afraid to lose a good clients because of him. he also have very big family problem big problem with his sick child. the last solution is to fire him. but i just wanted to ask u for your opinion what would you do in that case? kind regards from serbia

Hi one of my close friends has very serious problem. let me explain it in detail. my friend is working in a cmm level 3 company since 2.5 yrs and he has b1 visa and been to us once. but problem is in the current company he has no growth....with that experience he is not getting any calls. he wants to learn software cources and and keep fake exp and try for new job now. but concern is will b1 visa and us visit be a problem for him??? will he get caught if we keep fake exp please help him
