Final note: - Business writing is an art. You need to master it. However, this mastery would come only by taking formal training and then practicing. I conduct training programme on Business Writing and E-mail Etiquettes. It would be my pleasure to conduct this training for the staffs of your company.

Thanks,

Dear Kirti,
Often Mr. Dinesh had responded to such request. He is an ACTIVE MEMBER and contributed extremely in this forum. It is very saddening to know, very few had time to thank him for his efforts. Indeed, humans are very selfish.
I have a query for you. You wrote "Now i want to have a proof from her side that yes she will not resign in future"
Do you mean that, EMPLOYEES must continue serving your organisation till their RETIREMENT AGE?
What kind of STATEMENT is this and who had AUTHORIZED ORGANISATION to HOLD their EMPLOYEES AGAINST THEIR WILL?
With profound regards

Dear Mr. Abdul
First of all thanks to you for responding. I am in contact with Mr. Dinesh right after getting the response for my ques from him and following his posts continuously as well. He is very senior and experienced to me so i respect him a lot. So if one is not having complete info then should avoid to comment and specially such kind of words like selfish, mean on such kind of forums because these are meant to share knowledge rather abusing or anything else.
And answer to your second question is that my role is to retain employees for my organization and that is what an HR should do. I resolved the issues she was having and she got fine to stay for long then. I require this mail so as to show the management that she is agree to stay for long that's it. I don't feel its wrong to make your employees retain for long by providing them satisfactory conditions.
Thanks!
Kirti
