Want to be a corporate trainer

Dear All,

This is Lakshmi Sreenivasan, I have recently joined this community. I am a marketing professional,but I am interested in corporate training.Though i am doing quite well in my profession, i would like to pursue Corporate Training as my career. Please advice how do i take this further.
