I want to understand the process flow of online challan generation. I already registered my company account in EPFO website. And wanted to know what will be next step/further process for online challan generation.

Will be very helpful of yours for the information. It's an urgent. Please help.

Dear Sir

The easiest of all the you need to download eReturn Tool software from EPF website and the rest is that just procedures to follow.

You do not need any # or ~; all the software itself creates the file

You just need to update your employee database of the month(Since eReturn tool software is been decided for companies to maintain a seperate PF database for each company)

First step is to register your company details with the software
Second Update your employee base through PF numbers (You can add or delete any time) - Uploading options are also available through excel
Third step is to update wages
Fourth step is to uploading content file which would be generated

Please carefully check your wages are tallyed before final step.
