Dear All,

Please note that after generating and submitting the ECR in bank, we also need to file the monthly return i.e. Form12 A, 5/10 to the concerned office until you receive any letter of discontinuity from the deptt.

Dear Asmita,

I have solved your query
Step 1. first right click your file and then open it with notepad
step 2. replace , with #~#
step 3. click on file and then 'save as' it in text format i.e .txt
