We have a corporate office where the Administrative works will be done and manufacturing unit is located at other location under which Act we will be covered and what are the Forms and Registers to be maintained under A.P.Factories Act.

Factory will be covered in factory act-1948 and Corporate office will be covered in Shop and establishment act.

dear vinnus, you should maintain Factor Act registers to your manufacturing unit. for your corporate office you need maintain registers under Shop Act. Regards John Reno chennai

Mr.Akhil is absolutely correct .Your corprate will be covered under Shops & Establishment Act while Manufacturing unit will be covered under Factiores Act. Accordingly you have to follow the applicable labour Acts/ Rules of your State.
