(Err 36) Date of Exit EPF Mandatory If Reason of leaving have some value data line 2

(Err 31) DOE EPS is incorrect on data line 9

i have mentioned date in coloumn 15 16 in dd/mm/yy format and in reason i have written c then also following error is coming
