Dear All, Greetings of the day! Can anyone explain the necessary information / documents to register in online? Advance thanks for suggestions!
Posted 10th April 2012 From India, Hyderabad
Sir,There is no need to use e tool, directly you can upload the text file. Please create an excel file as per the given structure (ecr file structure), there are 25 fields, please keep the width of each field as mentioned in the ecr file. Enter the data, save as csv file. Open the csv file in note pad or edit plus, replace , with #~# and save the file as text file and then upload this file. In the name of the members you should not use special characters like ' etc.
It is very simple.

Dear All

In Karanataka we have to file online itself. Only payment we have to submit to The Bank. If you have account with SBI you can even make payment too through Online.

Error report has some problem. It is not opening. But if you enter the details correctly then there will not be any error.

Cheerz :)

Dear All,

Attached is excel file which can be used to enter the data.

You need to save this file as CSV file (do not include the heading line) . Open the CSV file in Notepad and replace all the "," with "#~#".

Copy the contents of this file into new Notepad file and save that new file (which will be 'txt' format)

Now upload this file in E-Sewa tool.

Dear all

Please find the small tool for Convert Excel Spreadsheet To CSV Format file

And

2nd Method – Using Google Docs Spreadsheet for Convert Excel Spreadsheet To CSV Format file

This method is the most easiest and in fact doesn’t require any tool at all. Just head over to Google Docs and login with your Google account. Click New and select Spreadsheet.

The downside of using this tool is that only XLS format can be converted, it doesn’t support the latest XLSX format.

This will open a new window where you will find the spreadsheet. Now click File and then select Import.

You can import the following format, .xls, .xlsx, .ods, .csv, and .txt. Click choose file and select the Excel Spreadsheet you want to convert. Once importing is done, hit Open Now link.

Once your new spreadsheet is open, click File, select Download As, and choose CSV format.

Once your new spreadsheet is open, click File, select Download As, and choose CSV format.

Dear Sir,

The new E-Sewa EPF Portal is so complicated. Is it compulsory to prepare PF Challan from this website? Are the SBI accepts manually prepared PF Combined Challan?
We have the construction line company & working more than 2200 employees in different sites (more than 20 sites) in India. Hundreds of employees joins & left the job every month. I have received their wages details till month end. So, I have prepared approximately PF Challan considering the previous month data amounting Rs.25 to 26 Lac & paid it before 15th of every month. And difference challan will be prepared & paid along with Annual PF Return.
In this case, what shall I do? I am in trouble.
Kindly suggest.
Regards,
Rajan

Posted 11th April 2012 From India, Hyderabad
Hi Kirtika, There is no question of date. Problem is regarding EPFO E-sewa website. I have mentioned 15 date is the date of presentation, not realization! Please try to understand my question.
