I have uploaded the ECR text format online and approved also but there are some change which are to be rectified in wages. I have kept "Request ECR rejection". And now can I upload the new text file of the same month of march. Please help me friends very urgent need to make payment.

As i am working on this new thing, for the first month; challan generation is done from my HO team, they have updated the whole; but myself could not able to access the data from the software here [ Monthly E returns version 4 ]

Make sure that for all 25 column there should be seperator (#~#) (totally 24 Sperators - #~# should be there complulsory).

If a company started with 100 employees, and now it has only 18 employees due to employees exits.
my doubt is " the company needs to pay pf to the 18 employees or not.
