Is my qualification enough for me to get a job in HR field

Hello i have completed 5yr llb and also done pgd in industrial relations and personnel management...can i get a job with my qualification in HR field in reputed companies or is it necessary to do mba in hr...plz reply

with the qualification details mentined by u ...u can easily get ajob in hr..try manufacturing companies as they have huge requirement in IR....
in this field experience is always weighted above qualification.
