Default help needed

hello everyone,

i m new to this forum....bt i m really gaining a lot frm this....i m pursuing MBA in HR and i m in 2nd year nw....i wanted to know wht i have 2 do to be successful in clearing interviews and get placed as i m a fresher...i dont hve any kind of experience in HR...ur reply will gve me a direction so please help.

Hi Dear ,

If you have undergone some summer projects/mgmt training programme or some live project then it will be a gud help .You will come to know as to how an organisation works...live atmosphere ..i m talking off.Then you can easily understand the quetsions being asked.

You can practise some mock interviews with your friends /profeesors at college.

Keep giving interviews..you will come to know about different styles of interview,general ettiquetts ,practises etc. this way.When I was new to the city and had not much experience as well,I gave some 32 interviews in just 2 months..somewhere it was a success..and at others it was a failure..but I kept on giving them as every interview was proving as a learning session for me..and finally I made it!!
