If anyone here know about Recruitment in Energy Sector, Please let me know the process and procedures of recruitment in energy sector(Oil & Gas).

I'm a technical recruiter and I have an assignment in Recruiting few positions in Energy sector, its purely on Enginnering skills.

hey anil
can you kindly give me some information about the hr practices in the power sector.
including: recruitment, induction, organisatuin structure, compensation nad benefits, training!!!!!all dis for each level of management n employee!
