how an employee salary should be calculated?

On which basis we should calculate HRA and other allowances?

how to deduct and add PF and ESI contibutions?

how to calculate Gross Salary and Annual Salary?

how to measure CTC?

can i expect any salary structures from our buddies..

can anyone help me regarding this issue..

Maybe this salary break up calculator can help........i downloaded this calculator from cite hr only.......

Hi Sweety,

You will get plethora of material on this from cite hr, just try to check the quick search option, or go to downloads and enter the specific search.

I bet that you'll get very relevant material.

sushmita is right wenever u ask any question try to search it before...................i hope all ur queries will be already solved ot before hand by some one else........try to find it in search option type "salary slip" u will get ur answer...........then if u fail to get ...........put ur question forward
