Dear Mr.Santosh,
First you meet Concern HR Person in previous company & told them about this case. I think this problem should be solve this stage.

Dear Santosh Ji,
Although you are Delhi based & your former employer is Begaluru based, you may request them through email to either remit your contribution to EPF which was deducted from your pay during the year 2010-11 till January 2011. Follow it vigorously. You will certainly get response sooner or later. Was your application for withdrawal forwarded by your former employer? Or you had sent it directly?

hi
first you contact over phone to your HR Manager who is responsible all those things. if he is not respond well, you just get a xerox copy of returned form and make letter to head office stating that the PF department has returned my form due to your carelessness of paying PF contribution. also you have to mention in the same letter that whether the company has paid contribution above said period or not. ask the reply from your company with in 15 days of receipt of your letter, else you mention that " I will take appropriate action against the company" lets see. if you are not getting proper reply from your company just mention in this portal I will guide you next action.

Some time it is not the company or the admin, In Bangalore Most of us are facing this problem, We submit the copy of the X employee's PF form to PF office, and even after continuous followup with PF Office no reply, Do you know some of our X employee's had paid money personally and taken there PF amount. We cant even question them, They may again delay in processing the PF for our ex Employees.
