DEAR PANNERSELVAM,

I saw your sheet, based on my working it shows difference compare to your working. My working are given below;

I Just worked for Unskilled Category, based on this your arrive for other category.

ZONE A ; UNSKILLED = BASIC = Rs.123/-per day (123 *26 = Rs.3198 + Revised DA Rs.2238/-
Total = Rs.5436/- (One day it comes to Rs.209/- per day).

ZONE B : One day wages it comes around Rs.206/-

Hi Shanky, Will you please provide T N SHOPS & COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT registration form and also fees slab of the same. It is little urjent. Regards, GEM

There is no provision to register the establishment under the TN Shops and Establishment Act,1948.

1. No such registration form required to register your establishment.
2. Not necessary to remit fee.

Act says about to maintain the following registers and show the records during inspection by Asst Inspector of Labour.

a. Form -o Half yearly return
b.Form -P Registers of advances paid,deductions for damage,loss and fines
c.Form Q- Register of Employment for shops and Establishments
d. Form R- Register of wages
e. Form S- Notice of daily hours of work,Rest intervals, Weekly holidays
f.Form T- wAGE SLIP/Leave Card
